Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. My role is to help create space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin building change in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas, and I work with adults of all ages who are navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, substance use concerns, and questions around overall mental wellness. As required by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council, I practice under clinical supervision as I strive to offer a therapeutic space that is supportive, nonjudgmental, and grounded in curiosity and respect. My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to the individual.
I draw from evidence-based and creative modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, and Bibliotherapy. This allows our work together to be both practical and reflective, whether we’re developing concrete coping skills, exploring internal parts and patterns, or using creativity and stories as tools for insight and healing.
Therapy isn’t about fixing something that’s “wrong” with you. It’s about understanding yourself more fully and finding ways to live with greater clarity, resilience, and balance.
